Terms of Service
These terms apply to this website and to the driver staffing services we provide in Ontario.
Using this website
The content here is provided for general information about our staffing services. We may update pages, rates and service details at any time without notice.
Drivers
Drivers placed on assignments remain our employees. Registering with us does not guarantee work. Drivers must hold a valid licence class for the equipment they operate, keep their abstract and records current, and follow all applicable transport regulations and client site rules.
Clients
Requests for coverage are confirmed once we assign a driver and both sides agree on shift details and rates. Clients are responsible for a safe worksite, roadworthy equipment, valid insurance, and accurate shift information. Cancellations and no-shows may be billed according to the confirmed arrangement.
Payroll and deductions
We handle driver payroll, WSIB coverage and source deductions for drivers on assignment. Clients are invoiced for hours worked at the agreed rate.
Screening
We screen licences, abstracts, CVOR records where applicable, and work eligibility. Screening is done with reasonable care, but it does not make us responsible for a driver's conduct on assignment beyond what the law requires.
Limits of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability connected to any assignment is limited to the fees paid for that assignment. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or delayed freight.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
